Ed and Sharon got back together again in 1988 after twenty years apart.  He was just ready to retire from 20 years in the military, most all of the time spent in Germany.  They were in their early 40's and felt like a couple of kids again.  They wsere married again and tried selling real estate together for a while.  They had a lot of fun but didn't make much money.  Ed decided to go back to get his degree.  He then worked at the Department of Corrections until his retirement.  He retired as CHUM Chief Housing Unit Manager.  He was pretty much a home body except for an occasional gambling trip to Nevada.  Sadly, Ed's smoking caused a lung disease and he died way to young at sixty-six.
